Thanks so much S & A for an awesome photo shoot in the rain! I'm always so amazed at the beauty of a soon-to-be momma. I think so often pregnant women don't feel like having their photo taken, but in hindsight wish they had some intentional photos as a keepsake of those precious months. I had the privilege of photographing this wonderful couple in some crazy weather last night... we figured if we waited for the weather to cooperate the prenatal session would have to be a newborn photo session instead!

And yes, my favorite subjects for photography are still my three beauties. I read a little quote this week that I quite liked. In fact, I think it describes why I have always loved looking at photos of myself as a child, and why my children can spend so much time gazing at their baby albums... Rem, my third child, yours is on its way, I promise.

At then end of March, I had the wonderful experience of vacationing in the Dominican Republic with my hubby and baby boy. We ate lots, soaked up the sun and loved every minute of it... well almost. The first morning we woke up to seeing about thirty mosquito bites on our babies face! He was a pretty good sport though, and a real ladies man at the pool.
